La Taverna del Born began its trajectory in July 1997 with a selection of tapas and small casseroles of supreme quality which rediscover the old recipes of traditional cuisine.
Located at the beginning of the Passeig del Born in a privileged spot at the entrance to this street, the best of our cuisine is available both inside the establishment as well as on our year-round terrace, such as our roasted meat croquettes, crispy fried sausage, small fried cuttlefish, marinated dogfish, cod dishes and small casseroles made using our grandmothersÂ’ recipes: tripe with capipota (mix of pork head and trotters) and chickpeas, and stewed lentils. |
